At Esmé Basics, we usually require 2-15 business days to process your order. The delivery time depends on the shipping company and may vary. We strive to ensure timely processing and delivery of your orders.

If you're unavailable to receive your goods during the delivery attempts, and we can't leave them in a secure location, we'll leave a notification card with the attempted delivery time. Esmé Basics will make three delivery attempts before the parcel is returned to us.

Once your order has been dispatched, Esmé Basics will send you an email containing your tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your order during transit.
